Hi, I’m Courtney, owner & founder of Happy Sprouts Nanny Network. As a mom, I know how important it is to find care you can trust—someone who will treat your child with the same love and attention you do.
My passion for starting this network comes from a lifelong passion for working with children. As a prior nanny, elementary teacher, and now a parent, I’ve learned so much about providing nurturing care, supporting child development, and the trust it takes to welcome someone into your family.
After a stressful search for reliable childcare, we were fortunate to find incredible nannies. This experience inspired me to create Happy Sprouts to help other families do the same.
