We would love to have you apply to be a Happy Sprouts Nanny! Caregivers must meet the following criteria:
- 3+ years of experience caring for children
- Pass background checks (We’ll be running these on your behalf)
- Positive attitude & genuine love for working with children
- Empathetic, patient, and a nurturing demeanor
- Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
BONUS: First Aid & CPR Certified (If you need to renew, here’s an online class)

Once everything’s complete, you’ll have access to our Job Board to select the right opportunities for you! This process can take from a couple days to 2 weeks depending on how quickly you want to move.
