Permanent Placement Process

For “As Needed Placements” (occasional babysitting, event sitting, or backup care without a set schedule) visit our Family Registration page to begin!

Full Time Placement: If you need a nanny for 30+ hours a week with a consistent schedule.

Part Time Placement: If you need a nanny for up to 30 hours a week with a consistent schedule.

  1. Fill out our Family Registration Form.
  2. We will reach out to set up a phone call to learn more about your needs.
  3. Once we have all the details, we handle the heavy lifting!
  4. We send you candidates to review. *Please note this can take up to 6 weeks to find top quality caregivers that fit perfectly.
  5. You select 1 (or 2) to meet & have an in-home trial.
  6. From there, you ‘ll select your nanny & take over communication to finalize the details—we’ve got templates & are here to support if you need it!
