Cancellation Policy

Due to high demand of our amazing nannies, Happy Sprouts has a 24-hour cancellation policy.This helps ensure we can continue to provide reliable, high-quality care for all our families.

If your plans change, please let us know at least 24 hours before your nanny’s scheduled arrival. Late cancellations will be billed $30.

For early returns, if you arrive more than an hour ahead of schedule, you’ll be billed up to one hour before the original end time.
